To keep momentum between speakers and sessions, we created a series of quick-impact featurette animations — short, visually sharp transitions designed to spotlight key product launches and announcements. Each animation acted as a connective bridge between speakers, maintaining audience engagement while reinforcing DocuSign’s product story.
Every version was localized and adapted to the nuances of each market — from language and UI preferences to subtle design cues that reflect regional styles and user familiarity.
Product Explainer Demos
Alongside the featurettes, we developed a set of in-depth product explainer demos that showcased both current and upcoming features in a clear, educational format. These demos were carefully paced to align with the C-suite speakers’ pre-recorded segments, ensuring seamless integration across the event timeline.
Each demo was meticulously designed to be a faithful representation of the DocuSign interface — whether the feature had already been released or was still in development. Every element, from UI motion to cursor timing, was crafted with precision and tailored to the specific workflows and expectations of each regional market.

We delivered three customized videos per country, each tailored to its unique market nuances — including language, layout, and live screen formatting for regional events.
Adapted for Every Audio-Visual Environment
Each asset was optimized for the distinct audio-visual setups of every region, adapting to the sound, screen ratios, resolution standards, and lighting conditions of local event venues. This ensured that the visuals and voiceovers remained crisp, synchronized, and impactful — whether presented on massive LED walls or intimate livestream screens.
Design-Led Collaboration
Our workflow was deeply integrated into DocuSign’s Figma design environment, working closely with brand managers, UI designers, and market teams to align visuals with evolving product interfaces. This collaboration allowed us to translate live design files into motion, ensuring every animation was not just visually accurate, but strategically consistent with DocuSign’s global design system.
