Frequently asked questions
What kind of projects will I work on?
Paid motion projects for AI labs and tech companies. For example, animating to a brand’s guidelines, reviewing AI outputs, or recreating a reference.
How is my work used to train AI?
Each project explains how the work will be used before you accept it. We don’t use work from your portfolio.
How does payment work?
You’re paid an hourly rate for the hours you work. Each role lists its rate range.
How much time do I need to commit?
Most roles need 10 to 20 hours a week. You choose when you work, and you can take other work alongside.
Is there a community I can be part of?
Yes. Members join a private WhatsApp group for project updates and events.
How is this different from a freelance marketplace?
We accept motion designers after a short craft and taste check, then match them to specific projects. You don’t bid for work.
